1.Brief Introduction

    The new packing production line DHSBZ is a new high-tech product developed by our company, which combines us rich experiences in the packing field. It mainly includes 5 parts: blister packing machine DPH200A, multifunctional cartoning machine HD180, auto weigh checker S2 (imported from Germany), film shrinking machine BS20, and semi-auto boxing machine ZX120. Compared with traditional packing line DHSBZ, the most distinctive part of the line is multifunctional cartoning machine HD180. The cartoning machine is newly developed equipment based on previous cartoning machine HD80 and HD120. The cartoning machine improves the speed of packing line and make the line become more reliable and efficient.
    The new packing line has wide application. It mainly focuses on tablets, capsules, suppositories, strange-shaped tablets, and Chinese medicine packing. The packing line can automatically finish blister packing→ cartoning→ auto-weighing → carton packing → boxing. The whole process realizes automatic production and minimizes second pollution during packing so as to meet GMP requirement.
