1.Application The machine is used for capping type A/B bottles with 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml, respectively. 
2.Working PrinciplesThe aluminum caps are loaded through vibrating hopper,and then the caps fall on the bottle mouse. After the bottles enter into the capping rotary station,the caps are pressed. And they transfer to capping rotary station. The capping station follows the lifting of the cam curve and uses cam system to close the aluminum caps. 3.Advantages ★The capping station is driven by an individual motor. The speed of capping station can be adjusted. Three sealing rollers close the caps, which can ensure high quality and reliable closing. It suits for commom aluminum cover, plastic-aluminum cover and so on. ★During capping,the machine adopts rotary discal drive and capping station carries out orientation. It ensures high capping quality. ★The machine has high-speed production and reliable cperation.
